  • 30+ years in the social work/human services field – Supporting individuals through complex transitions, trauma, and life-changing decisions and helping them in various ways, navigate a path.
  • Lived experience with mental health and transitions across the lifespan including personal experience with workplace moral conflict. 

Education:

  • Master of Science, Industrial-Organizational Psychology - Specialized knowledge of how individual, group, and organizational factors influence workplace behavior, change management, organizational development and workplace assessment
  • Bachelor of Arts (Honors), Psychology - General knowledge of human behavior across the lifespan, social and personal factors influencing behavior as well as conditioning and shaping behavior
  • Certificate in Goal-Focused Coaching - Knowledge of structured questioning, progress tracking, and accountability processes to help clients achieve measurable objectives through proven frameworks. 
  • Certificate in  Solutions Focused Brief Therapy (Advanced Level 2) - Knowledge of using future-focused, solution-oriented questions and interventions to help clients build on their strengths and resources, creating efficient positive change through collaborative, goal-directed brief therapy approaches.
  • Regular Ongoing Continuing Education credits in Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Health & Nutrition, Ethics, Trauma & Violence,  Moral Injury and others.
