About Christina McGrath
I see life transitions much like the seasons. Autumn reminds us that change is not always a loss—it can be a time of reflection, release, and preparing for what comes next. Just as nature moves through cycles of change and renewal, people also experience seasons where they must pause, reassess, and reconnect with what matters most.
I’m Christina McGrath, a Registered Social Worker and Board Certified Coach supporting adults, families, and groups navigating life changes that affect their sense of identity, values, and direction.
I understand how life experiences can impact our sense of self, especially when changes challenge our circumstances, identity, values, or direction.
My own experiences have taught me that life can change in ways we never expect. They have shown me how easily we can lose sight of ourselves during difficult seasons—and how important it is to have someone who listens without judgment, honours our values, and helps us reconnect with what matters most.
I believe people aren’t defined by their past. Everyone has a story worth understanding, strengths to recognize, and the ability to adapt and create a fulfilling life.
I value the complexity of humanity—the experiences and differences that make each individual unique. Meaningful conversations require honesty, authenticity, and meeting people where they are. I approach my work with curiosity, compassion, and respect for each person’s journey.
You are the expert in your life. My role is to facilitate reflection, exploration, and meaningful next steps. Every person’s story and perspective matters.
I believe that when life changes, it is easy to lose sight of who we are. My role is to help people reconnect with themselves—their values, strengths, and sense of direction—so they can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.
If you’re considering counseling or coaching and want to see if my approach fits, I invite you to start with a conversation.
