Helping people navigate life transitions, rebuild confidence, and create meaningful change.
About Christina
Life transitions often challenge more than our circumstances—they challenge our identity. I'm Christina McGrath, a Registered Social Worker and Board Certified Coach specializing in helping people navigate identity shifts resulting from career changes, relationship experiences, behavioural change, moral injury, and significant life transitions.
My clients come to me feeling disconnected from themselves, uncertain about their direction, or struggling to reconcile who they are with the life they're currently living. Together, we work to create clarity, stability, and meaningful forward movement.
A Unique Blend of Counselling and Coaching, my background allows me to support both the emotional and practical aspects of change. As a Registered Social Worker, I provide counselling that helps clients process difficult experiences, strengthen self-awareness, and build emotional resilience using evidence-based approaches such as:
- Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)
- Motivational Interviewing (MI)
As a Board Certified Coach with a background in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, I help clients transform insight into action through:
- Goal setting and strategic planning
- Accountability and progress tracking
- Behavioural change strategies
- Personal development coaching
My Goal is to help you better understand who you are, where you want to go, and how to move forward in a way that feels authentic, meaningful, and sustainable.
Because lasting change doesn't happen by becoming someone else. It happens by becoming more fully yourself.
