How We Work Together
I use evidence-informed, person-centred approaches grounded in respect, collaboration, and your individual circumstances. My work draws from Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), strengths-based, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and other evidence-informed approaches to help you understand what has changed, gain clarity about what matters now, and identify meaningful next steps.
If you value an approach that listens deeply while helping you make sense of what has changed, clarify what matters, and take meaningful action, reach out to me. Depending on your goals, the nature of the support you are seeking, and where you live, we will work together in one of two ways:
Registered Social Work Counselling
A space to explore what has changed, understand how it has affected your sense of self, and reconnect with what matters to you. Available virtually to residents across Ontario and Newfoundland & Labrador.
Many extended health benefit plans provide coverage for services offered by Registered Social Workers. Coverage varies by plan, so please check with your insurance provider to confirm your eligibility and reimbursement.
Goal-Focused Coaching
A structured, future-focused process for clarifying what you want, making confident decisions, setting meaningful goals, and turning those goals into action.
This service is unregulated, does not fall under provincial college governance, and is offered under my Board Certified Coach credential virtually to clients in Canada and the United States, (in person to individuals in Red Lake, Ontario) subject to applicable jurisdictional requirements.
