Social Work Counselling for Identity & Life Transitions
Life transitions can impact your identity, relationships, confidence, and self-understanding. You may manage daily responsibilities while feeling uncertain or overwhelmed. Some transitions are expected, like career changes or retirement, while others come unexpectedly through loss or relationship issues.
Counselling provides a confidential space to explore your experiences, understand what you're facing, and identify supports that align with your needs and goals.
